About Cole’s Creatures

Hi!  My name is Ethan Cole Tidwell.  Welcome to Cole’s Creatures.  I love animals so much that I decided to make a website about them.  I hope you learn a lot about all the awesome animals on my site and that you come back to learn more about an amazing new animal each day.

The really cool animal pictures on this site were all taken by me and my mom.  She’s a photographer and we both love taking pictures of animals.  We have some pictures you can have to use for free.  Just click on the FREE WALLPAPERS AND BACKGROUNDS page to download them for any non-commercial use.  I hope you like them.  We put new ones up all the time.

Please comment on my posts and let me know what your favorite animals are.

Hope to hear from you soon!

  1. Hi Cole!

Jack, Maisie and I met you in the Museum of Science in Boston. The kids love your website. We have been to a lot of the same places!

    Keep up the good work.

    Kind Regards,
    Ezra, Jack and Maisie.

    • Hi Ezra, Jack and Maisie,

Thank you for your kindness. I’m glad you like the site. What are your favorite animals? If you let me know, I can make a page for each of them.

      Thanks for the visit!

  2. Hi Ethan,

I met you a few weeks ago on Mayflower II in Plymouth Harbor, you were visiting and I was a crew member you spoke with as you came on board (not in costume).

Your website is very impressive and you and your Mom are great photographers! I hope pursue your love for animals and perhaps someday have a job that has to do with the study of animals. Perhaps as a professional animal photographer?

May favorite animals are probably wolves. I actually had a wolf hybrid that was part Wolf and part Malamute, he was so special! He has since passed on and even after a long time I still miss him and think of how he and I bonded so much.

Good luck with your photography and your web site, you are so lucky to have a Mom that is so good to you, I am sue you know that!

If you watch Public Broadcasting TV in November there should be on a documentary by the producer Rick Burns about the Pilgrims. We sailed Mayflower II for that for about 4 hours while they filmed ud from boats and helicopters. Perhaps after all the editing we should be on screen for 30 or 40 seconds??

    • Hi George,

I’m glad you came to my website! I love wolves too and would like to have one as a pet. One time when we were in Yellowstone, we were hiking at dusk a few miles out when we heard the wolves all around us howling. Then we saw an elk running up the hill and we realized that they were surrounding the elk, but we were right in the middle of it all. Through our binoculars we spotted them and one of them was all black! That was crazy! We see the wolves in Yellowstone every time we go. We’re going back in October and I can’t wait to take more pictures of them.

Have you ever been to Yellowstone? I think you would love it.

We’ll put a wolf page up this week just for you.

Thank you so much for visiting,
